Everton have sacked their boss Rafa Benitez after yesterday’s defeat against Norwich City. The Toffees were embarrassed with the relegation feared Norwich, a defeat that summed to 9th defeat after 12 matches by the Toffees.

According to the Daily Monitor, the club confirmed the sacking of the manager in a 200-word-statement.

Everton Football Club can confirm the departure of Rafael Benitez as First Team manager,’ a statement read.

‘Benitez, who joined Everton in June 2021, has left the Club with immediate effect.

‘An update on a permanent replacement will be made in due course.’ 

Benitez had spend 200 days at Everton making him to be the shortest serving coach of the club.

Do you still remember the tournament which was being played in Tudor Ward, Mvita Constituency in Mombasa County dubbed as Samba Bonanza Cup ? Yes, the finals of the tournament were not played.

Well, Tudor MCA Hon. Tobias Samba who’s the sponsor of the tournament has organized the finals which are slated for 24th January 2022 at Tudor Primary School grounds starting from 1.30PM.

The finals will see Bandarini FC playing against All Stars. According to Hon. Samba, all the teams, the top team and the second one will be gifted with prices which include cash and football kits.

Hon. Tobias Samba has always been on the forefront of supporting talents in Tudor Ward since he was elected as the Member of County Assembly.

Last year, Hon. Samba gifted a number of teams with football kits and balls to nurture their talents

“My love for the game and Desire to support Young talents today directed me to gift these young men of Tsansiro Fc from Burukenge balls and advice them on how to grow in the Sports industry. I have taken up the initiative of Registering the club in the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) next Season,” Hon. Tobias Samba said while gifting young footballers in Tudor Ward with football sports attires.

South African Orlando Pirates Football Club are interested in completing a move for the Kenyan defender Joash Onyango who plays for Tanzanian Simba SC.

According to Pulse, Orlando Pirates are keen on strengthening the back line of their team with the 28-year-old center back being the main target.

Orlando Pirates are reportedly to have prepared a shocking move of the defender and are ready to cash in more than R15million (Sh110million) for the Kenyan star.

Joash Onyango has been shining at the backline of Simba SC. Before he joined Simba SC, the defender made a move from Gor Mahia for Wakundu Wa Msimbazi.

His outstanding performance has forced the South African giants to show their interest and they have no doubt that they land the defender to the South African league.

According to Pulse, the Simba SC communication officer Haji Manara stated last year that the center back proved his worth and they cannot let him go cheaply.
